Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Please Note This itinerary serves as the agreement between the company and the client. We kindly ask you to review the list of inclusions and exclusions carefully to prevent misunderstandings. Thank you for choosing us.
Terms and comments
- Please note that our itinerary is flexible and can be modified until it suits your wishes and travel goals.
- This is a quotation that has reservations and other arrangements pending your receipt of payment to proceed.
- All prices quoted are current and are subject to change at any time due to cost increases, such as hotel and airline rates, that are beyond our control. As a result, the company reserves the right to re-quote if confirmation of the itinerary is not received within 14 working days from the date of quotation.
- Upon confirmation of the booking, a 40% deposit of the total price is required, with the remaining balance to be paid a month prior to arrival.

- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to timing and conditions, with deposits potentially non-refundable.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.
- The company is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by airlines, weather, political events, or acts of nature.
- Clients are expected to respect local laws, culture, and safety guidelines.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are fit and healthy for the trip activities.
Limitation of liability
The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to:
- Floods, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, severe storms, and other natural calamities.
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies.
- Political instability, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, protests, or travel advisories issued after booking.
- Airline delays, cancellations, or operational changes by third-party carriers.
- Acts of nature or force majeure events that make the execution of the itinerary impossible or unsafe.
In the event of any such occurrence, the company will make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative services or adjust the itinerary where possible, but shall bear no financial responsibility for losses incurred as a result.
Refund & cancellation policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while allowing us to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.
Cancellation by the Client
All refunds are exclusive of third-party fees and expenses, including but not limited to flights, park permits, accommodation deposits, and any other costs paid to external service providers on behalf of the client.
Non-refundable fees
- All bank and transaction fees incurred during booking or refund processing.
- Third-party services — such as flights, park permits, and accommodation — are subject to their own provider policies and may not be refundable.
Cancellation by the Tour Company
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances — such as a natural disaster, political instability, or other force majeure — we will:
- Offer a full refund of all amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party fees.
- Provide the option to reschedule or apply the full amount as credit toward future travel.
No-show policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior written notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Travel insurance
This package does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Cancellations and trip interruptions
- Medical emergencies and hospitalization
- Emergency evacuation
- Loss of personal belongings and luggage
- Flight delays and missed connections
Travelling without adequate insurance is entirely at the client's own risk.
